PACKAGING
Halo has the ability to package solid, liquid and semi-solid non-sterile and sterile dosage forms into a variety of
final packages ready for use by consumers or in any form customers need. Different lines are equipped with
bar code readers, vision systems with optical character recognition capabilities. Checkweighers are utilized to
ensure compliance.
Primary packaging is conducted in enclosed rooms isolated by air pressure differential from secondary packaging operations.
Primary and secondary packages supported include:
 Bottles with regular and child resistant closures
Tamper evident seals
Plastic and glass bottles
Slat counters on all solid dosage form lines
Blister packs with PVC, PVDC, Aclar and other flexible materials
Aluminum and child resistant blister liddings
Hospital unit dose and physician samples
Tubes
Low volume powder filling in glove box/isolator
